By accessing and using OldPhotoFixer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our service.

2. Service Description

OldPhotoFixer provides AI-powered photo enhancement and restoration services. We enhance the quality of your photos without altering their content. Results may vary depending on the quality and type of the input photo. We strive to provide the best possible results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes for every image.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions & Credits

Free accounts receive 3 one-time enhancements. Paid subscriptions provide monthly credit allocations that reset each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your chosen plan
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of your photos. We do not claim any rights to your content. Enhanced photos are yours to use as you wish. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and store them solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service for illegal purposes, to process prohibited content, or to abuse our systems. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Upload content that violates any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI technology
• Use automated tools to bulk-process images beyond your plan limits
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

OldPhotoFixer is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
